Live Results

Publish live and final results with mobile-friendly links and QR codes for spectators and coaches.

We will come to your pool and set up a drop-in timing system with scoreboards, admin table, printers, console and everything needed to run the meet. We will use our own admin software or your Hy-Tek if you want. We are fully compatible with Meet Manager. When the meet is over we will pack up and leave no trace. Swimmers get times, and coaches get to coach. Leave the timing and officiating to us!

Our pricing structure is simple. We charge $350* for the first session and $200 for each additional session per meet. So, a one-day meet with a morning and afternoon session would be $350* + $200 total. We can provide an invoice to your club, city, or whatever you need.
* Note that these fees include travel from Opelika within about 125 miles one way. Further away will need a negotiated rate.

Heat sheets, live results, timelines, and announcements will appear here on race day. We use Meet Maestro by SwimTopia or your HyTek Meet Manager license. The Time Drops timing console cooperates equally well with both. We'll do a quick timers' briefing to point out key differences between traditional watch times and our Time Drops buttons. In many cases, we use two buttons and one stopwatch per lane for sanctioned meets. This requires just two timers per lane.
